From the land acquisition to the first mortgage payment the stress has been removed from the client. The lenders, lawyers and mortgage brokers are working closely with the builders to ensure a very organized process.
Having cash on hand while going through the process is beneficial as you many elect to modify a few things along the way. Many will upgrade the electronic systems in the home and some adding unique features not in the original plans.
Overall building is very rewarding. It is a wonderful way to have some input in your personal design.
